1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the AirCharge platform or any of our charging stations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Account Registration: Users must create an account to access certain features of the AirCharge platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Use of Services: The AirCharge platform allows users to locate, reserve, and use EV charging stations. Users must ensure that their vehicle is compatible with the charging stations. Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in good condition before using the chargers. Reservations may be subject to time limits and availability.

4. Payment Terms: Users may be required to pay for charging services through the platform. Payment methods and rates will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. All payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided on the platform. AirCharge reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: Reservations can be canceled within a specified time frame, subject to availability. Refunds for canceled reservations will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined on the platform. No refunds will be provided for completed charging sessions.

6. Charging Station Usage: Users must adhere to all posted rules and guidelines at charging stations. Charging sessions must be initiated and completed within the reserved time slots. AirCharge is not responsible for any damage to vehicles resulting from the use of our chargers. Users are liable for any damage caused to the charging stations by their vehicles.

7. Limitation of Liability: AirCharge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of our charging stations. Users agree to use the charging stations at their own risk.

8. User Conduct: Users must not use the platform or charging stations for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. Any misuse or abuse of the services may result in termination of access to the platform and charging stations. Users must respect other users and the property where the charging stations are located.

9. Data Privacy: AirCharge collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms: AirCharge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
